What should the abstract include?

An abstract is a summary of your original research work. An abstract should clearly mention the research question, the research methodology, (preliminary) results, and a conclusion. We will accept abstracts of between 750 and 1000 words.

What should I prepare for my presentation if my abstract is selected?

All academic work will be presented orally with the help of power point presentations. 15 minutes and 10 minutes for question-and-answer round.

Are there dedicated sessions for PhD students or early career researchers to discuss their work?

Yes, we will organise roundtable discussions for PhD students and early career researchers to discuss their work and collectively look for solutions.

Do we have to submit an abstract or the final paper by 1st March 2023?

This is a one-stage submission process - meaning that your abstract will be assessed based on your contribution sent on 1st March (there will be no second round where selected abstracts are invited to submit a full paper). Graphics and pictures are welcome.

What are the selection criteria?

Among the most important selection criteria are relevance for the conference topics, innovative topic, and quality of information provided.

Will there be a poster session?

No. there will only be oral presentations.

We will decide the session topics based on the clusters of submitted abstracts. For reference, you can use the following list as a tentative plan for individual sessions:
