dr. E.P.M. (Evelien) Croonen

Evelien Croonen is a course coordinator and lecturer for different courses on topics such as small business management and strategy, small business cooperation, franchising, and innovation and entrepreneurship. These courses are all at the third-year Bachelor level or at Masters level. Evelien also coordinates the Master Thesis projects for the MScBA Small Business & Entrepreneurship and supervises Master thesis students. For many years, she has been a visiting professor for the Master on Marketing, Franchising, Retailing and Service Chains at IGR-IAE of the University of Rennes (France). Evelien also regularly acts as a guest speaker in the field of franchising or small business and entrepreneurship at other schools or at practitioner-oriented events. In 2023 Evelien won the Best Practice in Teaching and Learning Award for her Small Business & Start-up Safaris.
