STED microscopy workshop November 6(&7)

Our group will host a hands-on workshop including lectures on sample preparation, imaging settings, live cell imaging and optionally hands-on sample preparation in our lab at the university of Groningen.

Part of the workshop overlaps with an international (fully booked) MOSBRI workshop for optimal interaction with users.

What: Learn the ins & outs of optimal STED sample preparation and imaging

Programme Nov 6 2023:

Lectures on STED image setting, sample handeling, 2D, 3D, fixed and live cell imaging

Hands on: fixed 2D, 3D and live cell imaging

Time: 10am-5:30pm

Programme optional Nov 7 2023:

Hands-on sample preparation. If desired and possible on relevant proteins for your own project.

Time: 9am-4pm

Costs:

- Monday: 50 euro (lunch and materials included)

- Tuesday: 100 euro (lunch and materials included)

In case you would like to prepare fixed slides prior to the workshop, but do require sted suitable labels, we can send aliquots, 20 euro per aliquot + shipping
