Enrolment

The procedure for enrolment in the SBP-track depends on whether you are an upcoming first or second year master student:

You are an upcoming second year master student

You have started your master degree programme last September (24/25) and are planning to take part in the SBP track in the upcoming academic year (25/26):

1) Register in Progress between 1 and 14 April
  • Enrol for the two courses and the work placement in Progress.
In Progress select: ‘Enrollments’ >> ‘Science and Engineering [FSE]’ >> ‘MSc Science+ Business & Policy (25-26)’.
  • Until 14 April, second-year master students planning to follow the full SBP variant (courses and work placement) will have priority over students planning only to take the courses; after this date, the order of registration will determine priority.
  • Anyone who registers before 14 April will know around 20 April whether they will be admitted to the SBP-track.
2) Reregister in Studielink between 18 May and 31 August
  • Select your master degree programme - track SBP.

You are an upcoming first year master student

You are planning to start your master next September (25/26) and will take part in one or more SBP elements in the subsequent academic year (26/27):

1) Register in Studielink before May 1
  • Select your master degree programme – track SBP
  • Check the admission procedure of your master degree programme here, or if you are a RUG-student at the corresponding Student Portal.

> Next academic year (26/27): Register in Progress between 1 and 14 April and reregister in Studielink between before 31 August.

* If you want to choose an SBP course as elective, consult your academic advisor to add this course to your personal programme.
