Op de gehele arbeidsmarkt zien we de laatste jaren veel ziekteverzuim en verloop. Werkdruk wordt vaak genoemd als oorzaak, in de zorg komt onderwaardering daarbij. Tegelijkertijd blijven mensen toch ook werken in de zorg. Wat motiveert hen in hun werk? Waar ontlenen zij zingeving aan? Binnen de faculteit Religie, Cultuur en Maatschappij wordt daar onderzoek naar gedaan onder Intensive Care verpleegkundigen. We spreken hierover met twee van de onderzoekers: Angelique Schoemaker en Anja Visser.
