This months' publication in the spotlight presents an open-source toolkit named Q-Force, which is applicable for atomistic molecular dynamics simulations. All co-authors work at the UG's Faculty of Science and Engineering.

This month's publication is dedicated to an analysis of the phenomenon of belief polarisation, which occurs when the same evidence causes a divergence of opinion between two individuals. It was co-authored by Leah Henderson, who works at the Faculty of Philosophy.

The article in the spotlight for this month is dedicated to public reactions to organizational digressions. It was written by Peer Stiegert and co-authors, who are all affiliated to the Faculty of Economics and Business. 

In this months' open access article in the spotlight, authors Eveline van Leeuwen (Wageningen University) and Viktor Venhorst (Faculty of Spatial Sciences, UG) investigate whether Dutch households prefer to move up or down the urban hierarchy during an economic crisis.

As EURO 2020 has just kicked off, we place the spotlight on the article 'How Soccer Scouts identify Talented Players,' which was written by various UG authors from the Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences and Faculty of Medical Sciences.

This month we place the spotlight on the article "Data-driven measures to mitigate the impact of COVID-10 in South America". Authors Taís Fernanda Blauth and Oskar Gstrein are both affiliated to the Data Research Centre at Campus Fryslân.

The article for the month of April 2021 is titled "The human corpse as aesthetic-therapeutic". It was written by Brenda Mathijssen, Assistant Professor of Psychology, Culture and Religion at the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies.

This month we put the spotlight on the publication "Green and Just? An Update on the ‘European Green Deal’". It was written by Ruven Fleming and Romain Mauger (Faculty of Law), who are both engaged in the research programme Law on Energy and Sustainability.

The article for this month is titled “Automated device for continuous stirring while sampling in liquid chromatography systems.” It was written by various co-authors from the Center for Systems Chemistry, which is part of the Stratingh Institute (Faculty of Science and Engineering).

In January, we place the spotlight on the article “‘Red is the colour of the heart’: making young children’s multilingualism visible through language portraits”. It is written by Camila Tabaro Soares and Joana Duarte, who are both part of the Multilingualism & Minorities programme (Faculty of Arts), and by Mirjam Günther-van der Meij (NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences).
