Long vs short term options MD program

We would like to be clear on chances and duration for formal acceptance in our MD program. Dutch Law has strict rules (and fixed quota), which means that apart from awaiting C1 Dutch and diploma assessment procedure, the non-EU tuition fees apply, see Tuition fees international students | Financial matters | University of Groningen (rug.nl). As an institution, we are not allowed to waive tuition fees for degree seeking students of any origin or nationality.

As continuation of your MD training and acceptance in in our degree program will at least take a lot of time, we will focus here on the options that are available in the meantime, for non-paying and non degree seeking guest students.
