H.J. (Harm-Jan) Rouwendal

Harm-Jan Rouwendal is a Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Groningen, Faculty of Spatial Sciences in the Department of Economic Geography.

Harm-Jan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Human Geography and Spatial Planning and his master’s degree (cum laude) in Urban and Economic Geography at Utrecht University. 

His research focuses on inequalities in regional labour markets, skill demand and the spatial effects of automation.
