Summary of most current work experience

1999- present

I work with both master and bachelor students of Business Administration and Human Research Management on a variety of professional and communication skills in multi-day training programmes. These skills include: giving and receiving feedback, dealing with resistance, self-reflection, team work, conflict management, negotiation skills, project management, communication skills for consultants, emotion management etc. Students work both on their skills needed in their professional field and for their personal leadership (effectiveness), in groups and individual (coaching).

Besides these training programmes, I offer (study abroad) workshops Intercultural Competencies.

In addition, I also coach teaching assistants and mentors, senior students or PhD-students who coach and teach (first year) students.

Furthermore, I am a member of the Programme Committee BSc Business Administration.
