In the academic year 2024-25 I am teaching an MA seminar on Ecocriticism and Classical Literature, the BA course Classics: A Problematic Heritage in the 21st century, a seminar on the interpretation of ancient potry, and Latin language classes in the first year of the BA. In other years, I teach a range of Latin literature courses across our BA and MA, as well as interdisciplinary courses on various topics. I collaborate with students on a range of research projects, including the Fascist Latin digitalization project and my ERC project FACERE. In April 2018, I was elected Lecturer of the Year of the University of Groningen.
