Study Centre for Children, Migration and Law

The Study Centre for Children Migration and Law (Study Centre) conducts both behavioural and legal research on issues relating to refugee and migrant children. In addition, at the request of a lawyer representative, the Study Centre may conduct a diagnostic pedagogical assessment* in individual cases, which results in a pro justitia report with an expert advice on the best interest of the child. Such a pro justitia report may be used by the lawyer representative in asylum and immigration procedures.
