Quality Assurance

ENTEG data quality assurance is monitored by the ENTEG scientific director and the Research Data Management Committee. The following steps will be followed to monitoring:

• The number of completed research data management plans (RDMPs) and research software management plans (RSMPs) will be checked once a year.
• Random samples of 10 to 15 RDMPs and RSMPs will be yearly checked to confirm if they comply with the institute’s policy.
• Random samples of around three researchers will be selected to discuss how they implement their RDMPs and/or RSMPs.
• Reviewed plans will be used to assess the RDM best practices in ENTEG and further help researchers. The results will also be used to communicate the RDM application in ENTEG with the FSE.
