Annual Meeting & Masterclass 2015
The 2015 CRASIS Annual Meeting: CRISIS! The identification, analysis, and commemoration of crises in the ancient world will take place on Thursday 5 (PhD/ReMa Masterclass) and Friday 6 February 2015. We are proud to announce that Prof. dr. Monika Trümper (Freie Universität Berlin) will be our Master and Keynote Speaker, delivering this year’s Annual Lecture Morgantina under Roman Rule: a City in Crisis?

The registration fee can be settled upon arrival. Coffee, tea and cake will be available for all attendants during breaks, and all are welcome for drinks after the Keynote Lecture. Please register and tell us before January 27th whether you would like to participate in lunch. Registration for the rest of the programme will remain open until February 1st. The Masterclass of Thursday February 5th is a closed event and cannot be attended by non-participants. The programme and the abstracts of our junior researchers can however be consulted.
The Masterclass and Annual Meeting are funded by our regular sponsors, as well as by the Dutch research schools for Classical Studies ( OIKOS ) and Archaeology ( ARCHON ). Students affiliated with either of these research schools can earn 1 ECTS by attending the Annual Meeting and writing a report on the conference. Please consult with your research school for further details.
