Participants ASM2

The second Arctic Science ministrial was organised by the European Commission, the Republic of Finland (as current chair of the Arctic Council), and the Federal Republic of Germany.

Participants were delegates from all parties that has signed the statement, delegates from the so called permanent participants of the Arctic Council, representing the Indigenous Peoples of the Arcitc, and some overarching organisations like, APECS, IASC, WMO, UN Environment, SAON, and IASSA.
