Former Energy Law student Stavroula Pappa receives honourable mention
Former Energy and Climate Law student Stavroula Pappa received an honourable mention for her LLM thesis as part of 'NeVER Thesis Award 2021', awarded by the Dutch Energy Law Association (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Energierecht). Her LLM thesis was supervised by Dr. Romain Mauger.
Stavroula is now working at REScoop.eu, the European Federation of Citizen Energy Cooperatives. She is supporting the policy work of the Federation, which is in line with her LLM thesis that focused on energy communities as energy transition enablers for islands.
Stavroula is the second student of our Energy and Climate Law LLM to receive such a distinction, after PhD student Manolis Kotzampasakis received the prize for best LLM thesis.
