Special features of the programme
The LLM programme in International Commercial Law has a focus on specialization in (international) commercial law, especially with regard to contracts and subjects of contracts, as well as the solving of cross-border (commercial) disputes when needed. Particular attention is given to teaching on these areas. Increasing globalisation and regional integration creates the need for good knowledge of international commercial law and such is especially important for those who wish to enter into a career in the field of international private law and when one is planning of becoming a lawyer working in internationally operating private firms or law firms. You can read here how this programme helped one of our recent graduates prepare for his career in a major international company.
