Using Pure

  • How can I check my personal data or my research content in Pure?

You can check your data yourself, for example by checking if your personal data is correct, if there are any duplicates, or you can disclam content which has been wrongly attributed to you assigned to you.
More information, see: Checking your personal information in Pure.
  • Is there a way to automatically export my publications from Research Gate/Academia to Pure or vice versa?

No, there is no (automated) link.

However, if you want to add a publication to ResearchGate, you can follow these instructions on how to easily export a publication from Pure and import it into ResearchGate.

The other way around is neither possible nor recommended. ResearchGate does not offer a way to export publications from it. It takes a great deal of effort (and you may lose data) if you try to 'export' it manually.
A short note about ResearchGate and its pros and cons.

  • How can I enter name variants?

For optimal search results and presentation, Pure uses several variants of your name. You can find these in your user profile.
    More information, see: Name variants.
  • Is there a manual available?

Yes, you can access various manuals for adding different research output, e.g. datasets, press/media, patenten etc.
You can find the manuals on: Submission guides and template manuals.
