The UG Translation Agency will take care of all your translations including English-Dutch, Dutch-English, as well as translations to and from German, French, and Spanish. We can handle translations into other languages upon request. The UG Translation Agency guarantees high-quality translations thanks to the four-eye principle. We work with experienced translators and native speakers to ensure a natural, fluent tone. Our translations are consistent, and for our clients within the University, we ensure the preferred UG terminology is used.

Certified (sworn) translations

If you need a sworn translation, please specify this when requesting a quote. The translation will be stamped with an official seal and signed by the translator. A copy of the original document will be attached to the translation. You will receive the sworn translation both digitally and by regular mail.

Live translations

We offer live translations for meetings or conferences with English-speaking participants. The translator then translates and summarizes the spoken Dutch text live in a Google Doc, so that international staff or guests can understand the content immediately, even if they do not speak Dutch.

Machine translation post editing

As a rule, our translation projects are carried out by human translators to ensure the highest quality. Upon request, we can also handle machine translation with post-editing (MTPE). This may be suitable for non-creative texts, for example technical documents. Contact us for advice on the best translation option.
