Where to start

With so much to learn, explore and experience in your new programme, it's important to know where to start. We've collected here, in the Introduction Pages, the most important information for you to get a good start to your programme. Enjoy browsing!

Please make sure to check:

• Kick-off Activities to see what is planned for you in the first days of your programme. You are expected on campus on Monday, 2 September at 9:00 hrs in room 3227.0130 (Anda Kerkhoven Centre, Antonius Deusinglaan 1) (rooster.rug.nl) for a welcome and introduction to your degree programme by your academic advisor. On Friday, 30 August from 10:00-17:00 hrs the Faculty Introduction Day organized by the study association Pharmaciae Sacrum takes place.

• Books and other materials and Hardware and Software to ensure you have the materials you need to get started.

• Your personal account to log in and take a look around before classes start. This will also provide you access to the Student Portal, where you can find all information about your degree programme, for the coming years as well.
• Preparation for the first course units in molecular biology when you did not have pre-university education in Biology or would like to catch up on Biology to be well prepared for the start of your prgramme.

Do not forget to complete your university registration on time, including the payment of your tuition fees. You can always check the status of your registration in Studielink, or contact Student Information and Administration in case you have questions about this issue.
