Education Festival 2025: Call for Posters and Reviewers

Have your teaching and learning innovations sparked new inspiration, created impactful interactions, or led to meaningful change? Join our Education Festival 2025 Poster Session!

We invite you to share your educational journey by submitting posters that highlight case studies, success stories, or preliminary research findings that focus on Inspiration, Interaction, and Impact—the three key ideas shaping this year’s festival theme.

Whether you are an educator passionate about new teaching strategies, a researcher breaking new ground in education, or someone who’s pioneered creative approaches in the classroom, we want to hear your story!

What we are looking for:

  • Inspiration: How are you inspiring students and colleagues? From creative teaching methods to unique student engagement strategies, we welcome your ideas!

  • Interaction: Have you found new ways to foster collaboration and dialogue in your classroom? Share how you have enhanced learning through meaningful interactions.

  • Impact: What long-lasting impacts have your teaching practices made? Show us how you have created change in your classroom, community, or beyond.

Poster Categories

We are accepting posters in the following categories:

  • Educational Good Practices: Posters showcasing innovative teaching strategies, success stories from the classroom, and impactful case studies that highlight effective educational practices.

  • Educational Research: Posters presenting findings from research studies or preliminary results from ongoing projects in the field of education.

Why participate?

This is your chance to showcase your work to a community of educators, researchers, and educational innovators, exchange ideas, and contribute to shaping the future of teaching and learning at the University of Groningen.

The poster printing and hanging will be handled by the organizing committee—all you need to do is submit your poster, and we will take care of the rest!

Reviewing process

The Education Festival 2025 will be embracing a partially open peer review process for poster submissions. This approach strikes a perfect balance between transparency and constructive feedback, ensuring that both poster presenters and reviewers walk away with a rewarding and collaborative experience.
