Ruby Kemna (Class of 2017)
After my first year of UCG I chose to follow the major Health and Life Sciences. After two years, I successfully completed this major and started to orientate myself on the next step: my masters. During my major, it became clear to me that I wanted to combine my interest for the human body with practical knowledge. Therefore, I applied to get into the pre-master of med school. Unfortunately, I did not make it to the final round and chose another master of which I already graduated: Health Sciences at the VU Amsterdam. Currently, I am applying again to get into the pre-master of med school as this is what I would really love to do for a living. Plus, UCG taught me to never give up on your dreams.”
