Emma van Wezenbeek (Class of 2017)

I’ve always had a broad interest and wanted to make societal impact, so I took the PPE major combined with e.g. gender and sexuality studies. After, I started following a research master in political science. But this appeared not to be the right choice for me. I am now halfway my Bachelor of Education and I truly enjoy teaching young children. I love setting up cross-curricular projects and encouraging my pupils to discover the world around them. Above all, I hope to inspire them to remain curious, be critical and keep playing. And that’s quite a UCG-style of learning!
