Train
Get off at Groningen Central Station and continue your journey by bus.

Parking
Visitors are advised to use the Ossenmarkt public car park. After leaving the car park, turn right into the Nieuwe Boteringestraat (do not cross the bridge). Take the fourth left turn (Kleine Kruisstraat) and continue straight ahead at the crossroads (Grote Kruisstraat). You will find the Heymans Building to your left, at number 2/1. The easiest way to reach the Munting Building is through the Heymans Building.

Parking for people with functional or other impairments
Several parking spaces have been reserved for people with functional or other impairments at the Heymans Building car park.

Please contact the student counsellors at the Student Service Centre (for students) or your manager (for UG staff) if you wish to make long-term use of one of these parking spaces.

There is a bicycle shed near the Heymans Building. Disability vehicles can access this shed.

Entrances
The garden-side entrance to the Heymans Building can be found by following the path around the right side of the building. The garden-side entrance has sliding doors.

Lifts
The building has a lift. To find it, enter the building via the rear entrance, take a right turn and then two left turns. The lift provides access to the first to third floors. The fourth floor cannot be accessed via the lift. The lift is freely accessible to all.

Wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities can be found at the following location:
Ground floor: Room 0021

Nursing mothers’ room / first-aid room / prayer room
There is a nursing mothers’ room in the building. Please report to the reception desk if you wish to use it.
There is no first-aid room in the building. Please report to the reception desk if you need help or have any questions about first-aid-related matters.
There is a prayer room in the building. Please report to the reception desk if you wish to use it.
