Fellowship for Innovation of Teaching for Katja Loos

The Fellowships for Innovation and Teaching (FIT) are meant as a reward and an expression of the appreciation by (the Board of) the University of Groningen for the time and creativity of teachers spent on teaching to excellent students and innovative education. Another goal of FIT is to form a community of fellows, where best practices are shared and a platform is created for the discussion of innovative ideas on education. Katja Loos receives the fellowship for her efforts in the High Tech Systems and Materials (HTSM) Honours Masters Program. The Honours programme offers intensive, small-group teaching with a group of like-minded, motivated students. The HTSM track offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with students from different disciplines on challenging, real-life product development assignments by the industry.
