Intro
The Study Centre for Children, Migration and Law conducts diagnostic behavioral scientific assessments in individual asylum and immigration law cases concerning refugee and migrant children (and their families). The Pro Justitia reports resulting from the diagnostic behavioral scientific assessments are being brought in proceedings by the concerned child's lawyer/legal representative. If you are a lawyer/legal representative representing a refugee or migrant child who applied for legal residence in the Netherlands, you may register your case for a diagnostic behavioral scientific assessment through the 'registration' button.
