OIKOS Research Lab on Narratology and Linguistics with Michel Buijs

On Friday afternoons, the OIKOS research group Language of Literature, and the Anchoring Workpackages WP1 and WP2 organize weekly research labs. The sessions are organized by Luuk Huitink (l.huitink uva.nl) and Merlijn Breunesse (m.r.e.breunesse uva.nl).

Friday 21 May, 4.30 p.m.: Michel Buijs on immersion and emotion in Plutarch (NB. we start at 4.30 due to the OIKOS workshop on ecocriticism that same Friday)

Friday 4 June, 4.00 p.m.: Sonja Zeman on immersion from the perspective of medieval narrative texts

Friday 11 June, 4.00 p.m.: Margriet ten Broecke on "Euripidean prologues: involving the audience?"

Friday 18 June, 4.00 p.m.: Lola Bos on "Narratology, plurimediality and cognition in Sophocles' Trachiniae"

Friday 25 June, 4.00 p.m.: Mark Heerink on textual issues in Valerius Flaccus
