Serving as an Education Centre for students interested in Dutch studies, the Dutch Studies Centre organizes classes at Fudan University covering the Dutch and European political system, social and economic policies, historical and legal developments , and other related topics. Professors from the University of Groningen are responsible for the teaching of the course, in close cooperation with the Fudan staff of the Centre for European Studies (CES). In addition, Groningen University provides scholarships for excellent Fudan students to study in Groningen for one semester in order to develop their knowledge and research skills on the Netherlands and Europe.
