Notarial Institute Groningen (NIG)

The research at the Notarial Institute Groningen (NIG) contains components aimed at the Dutch legal order, as well as topics that are studied in an international context. Central to the research are law and governance issues in family law, real estate law and company law, as well as fiscal aspects and notarial deontology. These areas of law are pre-eminently the purview of notaries, but other lawyers also enter into them.
