Practicable Private Law
PRINO's current research program focuses on the practicability of private law. This puts the needs of the users of private law (whether judges, lawyers, businesses or consumers) at the center of the research.
This program examines to what extent Dutch and European private law is practicable for each of the actors who come into contact with it. If the practicability eaves something to be desired, it is examined how this can be improved and who should take care of this (e.g. the national or European judge or legislator).
Detailed information about the research program can be found here.
