Groningen Centre for Liability and Damage

The Groningen Centre for Liability and Damage (GCAS) is a centre for independent legal research in the area of liability and damage in the broadest sense (civil law, administrative law, criminal law). This includes research on both the principles of liability and the extent of damage (personal injury, property damage and pure financial loss) and related topics (including aspects of insurance law/issues).
