Prof. Panos Merkouris presents at the 2019 IVR Congress
On 12 July 2019, Prof. Panos Merkouris was one of the speakers at the 2019 World Congress of the International Association for the Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy Say.
Prof. Merkouris gave a presentation on “Fictions, Falacies, and Failures in the Interpretative Process: Of ‘Time-Travel’ and ‘Pocket Universes’” in the special workshop “Philosophical Perspectives on International Law” organized by Prof. Pauline Westerman , Kostiantyn Gorobets and Andreas Hadjigeourgiou .
