PhD Researchers Marina Fortuna and Nina Mileva contribute to the Opinio Juris Emerging Voices Symposium

On 23 August 2019, PhD researchers Nina Mileva and Marina Fortuna contributed to the Emerging Voices Symposium of the renowned public international law blog Opinio Juris with the post ‘The Case for CIL Interpretation’ . The blog contribution argues the case for CIL interpretation both from a theoretical and a practical standpoint and hopes to open the floor for more discussion on the subject of CIL interpretation.
