M. Fortuna & N. Mileva Publish a Chapter on Environmental Protection as an Object and Tool for Evolutionary Interpretation

PhD researchers Marina Fortuna and Nina Mileva contribute with a chapter on 'Environmental Protection as an Object of and Tool for Evolutionary Interpretation' in the recently published volume 'Evolutionary Interpretation and International Law' edited by Georges Abi-Saab, Kenneth Keith, Gabrielle Marceau, Clément Marquet. The book tackles in a holistic manner the subject of evolutive interpretation in diverse branches of international law – general international law, human rights law, EU law, environmental law, investment law, trade law, but also the approach of domestic courts.
