An interactive debate at a climate regulation conference in Wroclaw was concluded with some policy advice for the international climate negotiators (COP24) who will gather in Katowice in December 2018.

Professor of Markets and Regulation Edwin Woerdman was the primary organizer of this climate regulation session (30-31 August 2018) and moderator of the debate. The advice includes a call to abolish all fossil-fuel subsidies and to strengthen the transparency mechanism of the Paris Agreement.
