A year after the introduction of the decentralizations in the social domain, structural weaknesses are becoming visible that need to be corrected. The court could be helpful with this. Also a (collective) complaints procedure should be set up on the violation of fundamental social rights at the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights.

That is the conclusion of four legal scientists from the Faculty of Law of the University of Groningen in the research report for the Institute Gak, that will be released today.

The researchers are  A.M. (Aline) Klingenberg LLM, Prof. Dr S.A.J. (Solke) Munneke, Dr A. (Albertjan) Tollenaar en Prof. Dr G.J. (Gijsbert) Vonk (editor).
