Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law), will host an international scholarly conference on EU Citizenship Law "The Right to Have WHAT Rights?" at the University of Oslo on 13-14 September this year.

The event is co-organised with Dr Anja Wiesbrock and will unite leading authorities in this field of law to discuss the long-term implications of the EU citizenship status.
