Students of Dutch-taught degrees
Dutch degree students must gain approval of courses they plan to study at their host university from the Board of Examiners. You ask for approval after you have been nominated by the International office. This approval by the Board of Examiners must be obtained before departure.
Students are required to pass a minimum of 30 ECTS during their exchange semester. The study programme must mainly consist of law courses. Students are allowed to take some non-law courses which are related to their programme (e.g. criminology, international relations, political science, etc.). The characterisation of the courses is at the discretion of the Board of Examiners.
You have to use the online approval form:
All approval forms must be accompanied by the course descriptions.
