Prof. Dr. D.A. Lubach

Dick Lubach is professor of construction law at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen since 1986. He studied law and economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He took his doctorate in law at the RUG ( in the field of government conracts). His main fields of interest are public and private construction law; the relation between private and public law; government responsibility.

Dick Lubach is off-counsel with Damsté advocaten en notarissen in Enschede and involved in various committees (both on national and local evel) in the field of government responsibility and damage compensation.
