Dimitry Kochenov: 'Russian passport was weaker than Serbian in the rating of citizenship'

In the ranking of citizenship of the countries of the world, Russia rose by two positions, experts raised the assessment of the Russian passport to the maximum in the history of settlements. However, Russia remains a country whose citizenship is rated as average. The compilers of the Quality of Nationality Index (QNI)
are Dimitry Kochenov, an expert on citizenship and migration law at the University of Groningen, and Christian Kalin, chairman of the Henley & Partners consulting firm. Read the article on RBC.ru.
