Prof. Dimitry Kochenov's (EU Constitutional Law) article on Brexit and Citizenship published by LSE has been quoted by The Guardian today. The legal-political picture of the influence of Brexit on the citizenship rights in the UK which Prof. Kochenov paints is profoundly disturbing, as it amounts to the largest stripping of rights since decolonization, directly affecting every single British citizen if 'hard Brexit' is chosen.
