Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) gave an elaborate Russian language interview to Delfi.lv, one of the leading Latvian news portals, discussing the responsibility of the Russian Federation under the European Convention of Human Rights for the crimes which are being committed by the Russia-backed thugs in Eastern Ukraine. Russia's responsibility to respect the provisions of the Convention does not stop at its border.
