Dimitry Kochenov on First Baltic TV channel

Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) gave a brief interview to the First Baltic TV channel about the possible extention of the status of EU citizenship to cover the non-citizens of the Baltic states of Estonia and Latvia. In this countries a special status of non-citizenship, created following the split-up of the Soviet Union is reserved for ethnic minorities. (In Russian, the second half of the programme.)
