Dimitry Kochenov: 'Academics Should Take the Facts Reported by the Courts Seriously'

27 January 2012
To our regret the reporting of facts in the academic journals is often biased, misrepresenting the plight of the asylum seekers and refugees from poorer countries. Read the article Ruiz Zambrano: A Respectful Rejoinder by Michael A. Olivas Professor of Law, University of Houston Law Centre and Dimitry Kochenov, Chair, in EU Constitutional Law, University of Groningen, on Immigration Prof Blog, 26 January 2012.
