European Experts do not Exclude Idea of Repeat Voting on Treaty of Lisbon in Ireland

'Even if Ireland says ‘no’, it does not mean that the Treaty of Lisbon will not be adopted.' Says Dimitry Kochenov, lecturer in European Law, in an interview on TrendNews. 'Only Ireland presented the Lisbon Treaty to the referendum because all EU countries are already in the process of ratification.'
