Roadmap to data autonomy
There is a growing concern about higher education's dependence on Big Tech companies. How do we stay in control of our data and how can we make sure that data from academic institutions is used for the right purposes? The University of Groningen started the discussion on data autonomy last year and is working on a strategy and roadmap to become more data autonomous. The roadmap is being developed with all stakeholders within the UG, as well as with external partners both at home and abroad.
Watch the video A Roadmap to Data Autonomy for more information about the Data Autonomy initiative of the UG.
