Research award for Fernando Nieto Morales

Fernando Nieto Morales

Fernando Nieto Morales (sociology) has been granted with the Praemium Erasmianum Foundation annually Research Price 2016 for his thesis The Control Imperative: studies on reorganization in the public and private sectors. Nieto Moralis' PhD defence took place on February 26, 2015. His promotor was prof. dr. R.P.M. Wittek. The award ceremony will take place on Monday 9 May 2016, 16.00 hrs at the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences.

The Praemium Erasmianum Foundation annually awards five Research Prizes of €3,000 each. The prize winners for 2016 have now been selected. Since 1988, the Foundation annually awards Research Prizes to young academic researchers in the humanities and social sciences, who have written a PhD dissertation of outstanding quality at a university in the Netherlands.
