René Veenstra, professor Sociology at the University of Groningen, Jan Kornelis Dijkstra, Assistant Professor Sociology, and their co-applicants Wilma Vollebergh (UU), Zeena Harakeh (UU), Marijtje van Duijn and Christian Steglich received a large grant from the Dutch Programme Council for Educational Research(PROO),for their research on social network processes en social development of children and youths, The grant is sufficient for three PhD's and a postdoc.
