Title: Radiolabelled monoclonal antibodies for molecular imaging of chronic inflammatory diseases

This thesis describes the synthesis and application of different radiolabelled monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), including anti-TNF a mAb, anti-CD20 mAb, anti-CD3 mAb and anti-HLA-DR mAb. All mAbs were radiolabelled with 99mTc and evaluated for receptor mapping and/or therapy decision making in patients.
