How do I reserve a studio?
UB City Centre
You can make a reservation for an individual or group studio via de UB app. When you have made a reservation, you don't need to collect a key; you can open the studio with your student card. When you have reserved a group studio, all added users have access with their student card. It's not possible to make a reservation for a studio via LibCal (regular studyplaces) or at the Facility Desk.N.B.: There is a limit to the amount of reservations you can make; please check the UB app for the conditions
UB Zernike
You do not need te make a reservation for the studios at UB Zernike

Who can reserve a studio?
Studios can be reserved by students and staff of the University of Groningen. Use the UB app if you would like to reserve a studio in the UB City Centre. For the UB Zernike a reservation is not required.
The regular study places in the UB City Centre and UB Zernike are freely accessible, with the exception of the UG-only/exam periods. In these weeks surrounding the exam periods you must reserve a study place upfront at the UB City Centre. For the UB Zernike you do not need to make a reservation.
