Computer workstations in the University Library City Centre

Study places

All study places in the UB City Centre and UB Zernike are freely accessible, with the exception of the UG-only periods. In these weeks surrounding the exam periods you must reserve a study place upfront (you need your UG or Hanze student number for this).

In the reading room on the first floor of the UB City Centre, there are 80 workstations.

• The on/off button of the computer is situated on the right hand side in the opening of the wooden box.
• On the computers Windows as well as Linux)is installed

You will also find 74 laptop spots with power outlets in this room.

To charge a telephone, you can use the USB port on the front of the computer.
It is not allowed to remove plugs from the sockets in order to put in your own plug!
